Yoga Teacher

she/her/hers

Yoga can be about taking time to quietly look within ourselves. It is supplementing our breath to promote mobility and self-healing. Again and again, I’ve seen yoga create community, moving a powerful positive energy through our intentions from the earth into the universe. Yoga is LIFE in Balance:
Love
I
Feel
Everywhere

About Me

My journey began in the business world, but my heart wasn’t in it. While working full-time, I enrolled in a massage therapy program. I recognized my passion for bodywork was greater than for the corporate world, and for the past 25 years, I have been enjoying an amazing career as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Yoga has been part of my life for decades and I practiced as often as I could carve out time between my massage career and raising my family. In my 50s, I channeled my passion for yoga into yoga teacher training and my vision for my future has become a reality. I now creatively incorporate massage into the yoga classes and retreats I lead.

I believe yoga can be both self-care and exercise. It has kept me balanced during life's ups and downs and has improved my mobility and strength in both my massage therapy practice and my daily life.

I value family, love to read and cook, and continue to seek knowledge. I am ready for whatever is possible in pursuit of endless possibilities and would love to share that with you. Namaste.
