Join us for a welcoming Reiki Circle to experience relaxation, connection, and healing energy as a community. We will begin with a grounding invocation and meditation to settle into the space. Then we will share in the exchange of Reiki energy, giving and receiving, in a safe and welcoming environment. Before closing, we will join together to send Reiki to our loved ones.
This Reiki Circle is open to all—whether you’re new to Reiki, curious about it, or an experienced practitioner. Come find peace, calm, and connection in our supportive community. No prior Reiki experience is required.

Goat Yoga, 1537 Dillon Road, Ambler, PA
Enjoy an uplifting, all ages yoga class with the baby goats at Rose Bridge Farm & Sanctuary’s goat yoga outpost! Expect plenty of laughter during this laid back class, which will move slowly enough to allow time for the goats to do the poses with you.
Class is 1 hour followed by 30 minutes of bottle feeding, snuggle time, and photo ops with the goats who are in diapers and suspenders. All of the goats are rescues looking for their forever homes.

What to Bring
A yoga mat, towel, or blanket
Wear your hair back
Wear socks and layers including cotton shirts (No tank tops or open-back shirts). The baby goats are just learning to jump and balance. With goat-friendly cotton clothing, you are helping them learn how to be confident, comfortable jumpers!
Additional Important Info
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the waiver!
Classes will be held outside in good weather and inside our yoga barn during the winter months and in the event of inclement weather.
When you pull into the driveway, pass the red barn, stay to the left, and park in the gravel lot on the left across from the field. Please do not park in the top parking lot next to the red barn.
Breaking Free: A yoga workshop on releasing what no longer serves you

Do you feel chronically stressed and stuck in cycles that no longer serve you? Join us for a workshop on samskaras, which in yogic philosophy describe the unconscious habits that prevent us from thriving.
We will discuss how the nervous system can get stuck in dysregulation and practice bringing our bodies back into balance. We will also learn about the social engagement nervous system to identify our dominant stress response and explore its impact. Head home with tools to help bring your body back into harmony. No prior yoga experience needed. Includes discussion, yoga sequences, and breathwork.

Join Jenna Dreams for a peaceful winter sound bath focused on acceptance and embracing the season's energy. Winter invites us to pause, reflect, and embrace what is—finding beauty in the stillness and clarity in letting go.
Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, the session will guide you into a space of inner peace, encouraging you to settle into the present moment with openness and ease.
We’ll provide mats, bolsters, and blankets for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Simply arrive as you are, ready to relax, reflect, and connect with the quiet energy of the season.

Gallery Reading with Spiritual Psychic Medium JoanMarie

Join us for an afternoon of comforting connection, healing energy, and inspiring messages with spiritual psychic medium JoanMarie Fraioli of Angel Whispers. A gallery reading is a special gathering where a medium delivers messages to a group.
JoanMarie will channel messages from the spirits of your loved ones who have passed, your angels, and spirit guides to share information, love, and support. All participants will get a reading during the event. When you aren't directly being read, you will have the opportunity to gain insights from the collective energy and messages delivered to others in the group.
