Bio

While starting something new is often tough, reaching out for help can be even more difficult. I invite you to begin your healing journey now. If you are motivated to feel better, I will offer you the steps to do so.

About Me

I believe therapy is a unique opportunity to have an unbiased, nonjudgmental space to fully understand yourself. I find fulfillment in providing you with an open, accepting, and encouraging environment where you will have the opportunity to increase your wellbeing. I will connect you to resources and tools that will help you feel better. I will guide you toward health and help you uncover your full potential. Therapy is about you and what you want to achieve in our time together.

My specialties include adolescent, adult, and family therapy. My main modalities include Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); and I have had extensive cultural awareness training. With the use of my vast knowledge of relationships, significant training in trauma, and collaboration, I believe it’s possible to heal and move toward a better quality of life.

“The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.” - M. Scott Peck
