Kids Yoga Program
at Lightbridge Academy
Thursdays: March 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2025
Our four-week yoga class series unites joyful songs and energetic movement with early literacy and social-emotional skills. Budding yogis will explore movement and breath while playing games and singing, all united by the week’s engaging story. Each young yogi will head home with a handout so parents can bring the activities to life at home.
Mats are provided and children are encouraged to wear comfy clothes that allow for easy movement.
Led by Lauren Pascucci, RYT200 Yoga Teacher, Speech-Language Pathologist & certified Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator through Breathe for Change

Pay/sign the waiver on our registration site for the class listed on March 06: Lightbridge Academy Yoga Program. Please enter the parent’s name when paying.
If your child doesn’t attend on Thursdays, you are welcome to bring them for class and even participate with them!
