I approach therapy with compassion and curiosity, seeking to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, navigate difficulties, and discover paths toward healing and growth. I believe every individual, regardless of age or background, has a unique story and needs that shape their journey. Together, we’ll work to honor your experiences and create strategies tailored to your personal goals.
About Me
Before beginning my work in private practice, I spent 13 years as a school counselor, supporting children ages 4 and up, and teens both individually and in groups. During this time, I collaborated closely with hundreds of parents, caregivers, and other important adults in the children’s lives to implement interventions that met the needs of everyone in the home. This experience deepened my understanding of family dynamics and strengthened my ability to address challenges from a holistic perspective, helping each individual find their voice within their shared environment.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals of all ages in managing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, neurodivergence, and interpersonal challenges. My approach is rooted in understanding the whole person—their relationships, environments, and internal world—to create a collaborative, person-centered path forward. I believe it’s important to honor where you are right now while moving toward the person you wish to become.
Using an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities including solutions-focused therapy, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I will adapt my methods to meet your specific needs. Therapy with me is a partnership built on empathy, trust, and a shared commitment to growth.
I currently offer evening and weekend appointments to make therapy accessible and flexible for your needs. It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your path to healing and fulfillment.
