Yoga Teacher
My experience with yoga has been so beneficial to me mentally and physically. My goal as a yoga teacher is to offer that same opportunity to others. I strive to create a supportive, safe space for you to be in the moment. I focus on providing cues for movement and breath while sharing the fundamentals. I like to think of myself as a guide and encourage my students to make the practice their own.

About Me
My yoga journey started when I realized I had to do something, really anything, physical. I was caught up in all the things I needed to do, work, family, etc., and was neglecting myself. Honestly, I was also using those obligations as an excuse.
I heard about yoga and decided to give it a try, but the first time I went to a studio, I was so intimidated that I only made it to the parking lot before turning around and going home. After a while, I tried again and made it into the building! During those first classes, my goal was to just make it into the studio each time. I remember thinking that if I just tried to breathe and relax, it would be enough, and more than I was doing if I stayed home.
Over time I became comfortable with what to expect and attending class became a habit. My life has shifted dramatically—from the physical benefits of the poses to being more mindful in my daily life, not to mention, I have met so many wonderful people.
I look forward to joining you on your yoga journey. A regular practice can truly be life changing.
