About Me
I have worked in the field of Counseling Psychology for over 20 years and have focused my career on providing treatment for individuals and families at various levels of care. I also have had the pleasure of supervising and mentoring other professionals in the field for the past 13 years, including supervising applicants for licensure.
I work with children, teenagers, adults, and families. I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach and tailor therapy to a client’s individual needs and motivation to change.
I emphasize setting realistic, achievable goals, working as a partner with clients and their families on their growth journeys. Success is measured on many different levels, and when you enter therapy with flexibility and commitment, you are likely to achieve the results you are seeking.

What Clients Are Saying…
“I sought out counseling after the death of my parents and other work and personal stressors. I told Jesa that I wanted to be happy again, to feel joy again, to rid myself of the weight of my grief. Jesa was a caring, kind, supportive listener. She gave me valuable tools that I could use to manage my grief. She was available on short notice if I needed her. I am happy to say, that I achieved my goals and was incredibly grateful for Jesa's care."“- Melissa R.
