Lauren Pascucci, RYT 200
Yoga Teacher & Kids Yoga Teacher
My mindfulness and yoga practice have helped me navigate many seasons of life. With 15+ years as a speech pathologist, I am uniquely positioned to incorporate neurodiversity-affirming early language and literacy skills into my yoga sessions, which I do through weekly themes and stories. I am eager to share those tools with as many children and young adults as possible.

About Me
I began my yoga and mindfulness journey in 2021 in my speech therapy office. Continuing education courses helped me to incorporate these practices into my school-based speech therapy sessions. When I tried mindfulness strategies and mini yoga classes with my students, I was amazed at how quickly my students became more engaged and effective at their work. It was a joy to see their confidence blossom right before my eyes.
I was hooked, and two years later I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training (RYT 200) with Breathe for Change, an organization dedicated to supporting educators who bring wellness into their classrooms. In addition to yoga teacher training, I became a certified Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Facilitator and love to intermingle the two.
I was so excited to get started that I began donating my time teaching kids yoga at my daughter’s preschool and my local library. The overwhelming response to the library classes gave me a profound sense of fulfillment and I knew I chose the correct path.
I am currently working on additional continuing education in children’s yoga instruction working toward a 95 hour children’s yoga specialty certification. When I found Evergreen, it immediately felt like home and I am so grateful to be a part of this community.
