Healing is not a linear process but with effort, we grow, evolve, and change. I believe that we already have the answers within us to create meaningful change. My role as your therapist is to offer support as you find these answers and to teach you strategies that make the path toward healing easier. I would be honored to walk alongside you during your journey.
About Me
My therapeutic style integrates the practices of mindfulness, meditation, and movement as well as emphasizes kindness, compassion, and humor. I appreciate trauma-informed approaches to treatment and believe no single approach is right for every individual, so I have been trained in a range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and emotionally-focused couples therapy (EFT).
My professional clinical experience includes work with diverse client populations in outpatient, homes, schools, and community settings. I work well with individuals as well as couples and families, and often support clients who are struggling with stress and anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, infidelity, marital/premarital, and interpersonal issues.
I believe therapy is only effective when there is a strong relationship between therapist and client. Accordingly, I strive to build on a foundation of care and connection, and am committed to creating a space that’s comfortable, authentic, and valuable.

What Clients Are Saying…
“Evergreen Counseling in Warminster, PA has been nothing short of amazing! I had a difficult schedule, where I work most nights and weekends and they were so patient in helping me find my therapist, who is AMAZING and also has an appointment that fits my schedule. I would and have recommended them to my friends.” - Danielle H.
“Even when the truth isn’t hopeful, the telling of it is.” - Andrea Gibson
