Yoga is about finding your center in a world that is so often full of chaos. For some, it can be as simple as coming to your mat to move, breathe, and relax. For those eager to go deeper, yoga can teach you how to manage stress through asanas (movement), breathwork, meditation, nutrition, music, and so much more.
About Me
I have been practicing yoga for close to 15 years and have been teaching since 2023.
In 2017, I was struggling with a very difficult time and began to practice yoga more often and more deeply. I found that the more I was on my mat, the more I discovered pockets of peace in my life. I even started to feel like I was understanding my true identity. During one class in particular, I experienced a moment of pure tranquility and felt compelled to share my love of and passion for yoga.
After much research and dedication, I completed my training as a 200 hour register yoga teacher (RYT) in the Spring of 2023 at Nourishing Storm Yoga Studio. Since then, I’ve taught numerous classes and styles from quieting practices to vinyasa, strength-based flows, and even hot yoga. I am excited to join the team and share my love and passion for yoga with the Evergreen community.

What Students Are Saying…
“This was my first ever yoga class and I have not exercised in many years as I am 69 years old and work seven days a week. The teacher was very caring and helped to guide me. I really enjoyed the little stories she shared during class. The music and scent were relaxing and I would recommend Evergreen yoga anytime.” - Debbie L.
“Words cannot convey the power of yoga – it has to be experienced.”
- B.K.S. Iyengar
