About the group

This group is for middle school girls ages 11-13.

The group meets at our Evergreen Counseling & Wellness office at 866-B W. Bristol Road in Warminster, PA, and is led by one of our compassionate therapists, Mackenzie Guerin. Group sessions are limited to 6 participants.

The program will offer tips, support, and connection and explore topics such as:

Healthy relationships
Social media safety
Grounding techniques
Self-esteem
Stress management
Coping skills
Establishing boundaries

Meeting Times

We meet every other Tuesday from 6:00-7:00pm. This is an open group—participants may choose to join at any time and attend one or all of the sessions.

Cost & Payment

$30 per session. We accept debit and credit cards as well as Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account Cards.

MEET YOUR GROUP THERAPIST

Hi, I’m Mackenzie Guerin.

I am a Graduate Student Counseling Intern and have been seeing clients since the fall of 2023 and will be completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024. After co-leading this group for 6 months, I am excited to become the primary facilitator. I truly believe therapy can be a transformative experience. I hope you will feel lighter being guided by me and can build empowering connections with other group members.
